24/7 access to potable water in every household in Lubao.

MISSION

To provide the people of Lubao with safe, sufficient and affordable drinking water, Lubao Water District being an active partner in the improvement of the quality of life in Lubao.

CORE VALUES

Water is a compound of two elements, that of Hydrogen and Oxygen. These two elements need to be present every time or the compound (H2O) will be inexistent. Same is true with an organization or in a water service provider like Lubao Water District, the key elements need to be present every time for it to prosper. LWD believes that in order to achieve its goals, the key elements need to be present –its mission, its vision and its core values. These values will not only provide identity and security to the management and staff of LWD but will also serve as backbone to build the trust and loyalty of its concessionaires and the public in general. We believe that bureaucratic transparency and public accountability can be fully achieved by the following core values that we will live by as a water service provider:

Leadership: exhibiting the qualities of a good leader in our pursuit of excellence in providing the best service for our concessionaires and the public in general.

Understanding: developing the mindset of all our management and staff in understanding the needs and concerns of our concessionaires, the public in general, and our needs as well.

Being the Best: imbibing in the minds of our management and staff that our concessionaires deserve only the best and that to achieve this, we need to be at our level best every time.

Adaptability: building a culture of keeping up with the ever changing development in technology, the needs of our concessionaires, the needs of the public in general and our needs as well.
